El celler Avenc del Garraf est\u00e0 situat al cor del Parc Natural del Garraf a l’edifici Les Voltes a Olesa de Bonesvalls.
Aquest projecte neix de la inquietud de dos farmac\u00e8utics que sempre hav\u00edem elaborat vi al garatge de casa i aix\u00f2 ens va despertar la curiositat d’estudiar enologia. El nostre objectiu \u00e9s crear i deixar-nos endur pel que ens emociona. Ens agrada no posar-nos l\u00edmits i per aix\u00f2 no estem vinculats a cap denominaci\u00f3 d’origen, volem escollir les varietats i la zona, buscant la millor qualitat i sempre amb produccions limitades.
Vine a coneixer-nos i potser trobareu les similituds entre els avencs i les caves on envelleix el nostre vi escum\u00f3s.<\/p>\n

Edifici de tipus industrial format per una gran nau de planta baixa i pis. Aprofita el desnivell del terreny, de manera que l’acc\u00e9s principal es realitza des del pis, arran de la carretera BV-2411. Els baixos de l’edifici tenen acc\u00e9s des de la part posterior a trav\u00e9s de dues portes d’arc. \u00c9s un edifici de ma\u00f3, amb teulada suportada per grans encavallades de fusta suportades amb tirants de ferro, de manera que les naus queden obertes sense columnes al mig.\u00a0 La planta baixa \u00e9s la m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstica i la que ha donat aquest sobrenom de Les Voltes a l’edifici.
